TENANT EMERGENCY INFORMATION
If you have been unable to make contact with our office and have a maintenance emergency, please call one of our
service providers and let them know that you are an Estate Management tenant. These calls should be made
only on maintenance items that cannot wait until contact is made with our office during regular busines hours. Please
bear in mind that after hour service calls are very costly, therefore for absolute emergencies only.
Should you have an emergecy that is not covered by one of these service providers, you may call another
service provider and handle this yourself. You will of course be reimbursed as long as the call was an emergency and
an item that was not a tenant expense. (for example, calling a locksmith because of lost keys or being locked out
would be a tenant expense. A call to an electrician due to no electrical power or failure of an appliance when a
breaker in the electrical panel (breaker box) had flipped, would be a tenant expense)
