Fees:
Leasing: 4% of gross rent for lease term or lease renewal charged
once property is leased and/or renewed (Min leasing fee $650)
Management: 8% of gross rent for lease term charged monthly (Min mgmt fee $125)

Vacant Inspections: $22.50 per inspection
Mid Term Inspections: $60.00 per Inspection/three times yearly (optional but recommended)
